The correct link is:

On today Mar 2nd it is in the current headline news on www.yahoo.com.

For some reason that link doesn't work, I checked the spelling.

The article says that the $6 billion savings achieved from cutting medicare from the elderly won't pass because it is too politically unpopular, even among many Republicans seeking Re-elections.

It also states Bush still wants to cut estate taxes & and taxes on stocks and dividends.

And most worrying, it states that if we dont raise the ceiling on our debt QUICK the U.S. will default on it's debt obligations for the first time EVER this month.

Bush: balance the budget and make the extremely wealthy help pay their fair share.

And what is their fair share given an already progressive tax code? Your comments reek of wealth envy.

It's not that, it's that the Bush Administration is out of touch with reality

the U.S. national debt is:

$8266 541 040 278. 79 or 27 677. 79 per person ( even babies )

The debt has also been increasing by $2. 17 billion daily since Sep 30, 2005. Bush only cares to bribe wealthy voters ( who send him the most campaign contributions ) with low taxes. He neither cares about the economic future of this country with includes tax raises to pay off all the debt created by Bush; or worse national bankruptsy as what happened in Argentina.
