Fining the parents for the restoration fee isn't going to punish anyone. Oakland County = rich people with bratty overpriviledged kids. They'll laugh this off like the time the mom ran over the immigrant gardner after drinking a fifth of Wild Turkey and downing half her valium prescription because her botox treatment hurt particularly badly that day |
