| I dont understand this phrase at all because they are opposites. How can something be recorded and be live at the same time? I would much rather the internet radio stations say when a set is recorded and only use the live tag when the person is mixing...well uhm...live. |

| well the term "recorded live" is exactly that, something that was recorded when it was live! |

| Just seems redundant to me, how else can a recording be? Here we are not live at Ibiza with New Order preforming live!! |

That means they play live in front of an audience as opposed as doing a set at a studio/using a pre-recorded set. |
