sweet mix! Thumbs up!

Whats the name of the track around the 27-29 minute mark with that crazy raspy bassline ? Love that stuff.

Hated the KlF riff in that other track though , all out of key and just a big jumbled mess. 10/10 for having a go and putting your ideas out there. Most of the other things you tried came off great but you certainly over did the double kick drum technique in parts ;).

will check out it when i get home from work...

Between 27 and 29 mins is Gecko - 'Buy Vinyl', but I wouldn't have said that really had a raspy bassline... if you were looking at remaining time :p (i.e. 34-36 mins) then it'd be Stephane Signore - 'Another Life' with bits of Red Blue Purple towards the end, which would all make a bit more sense... both top tunes :)

Which part do you mean by the KlF riff?

You asked how many run throughs it took - I think that was the 2nd or 3rd attempt at recording the whole set, the intro was planned and practiced but other than that it was all on the fly first time, then I basically did the same again with a few changes the second time, then possibly again a third time (I can't quite remember!) - but in every case it was done in a single take.

Glad you liked it overall, points noted about over-doing certain tricks, I tend to do that sometimes lol, but I suppose it's about finding the right balance... which will of course differ between a recorded mix and a club set!

Thanks to everyone for all the positive comments :)

Can we get a cue for this?

Whats the track that starts around the 38 min mark? LOVE IT.
Maybe a bit too much acapella in there though...

EDIT I looked a bit more closely at the tracklist it must be Marco G - Spiritual Enlightenment.

Yeah I'll get a cue sheet done tomorrow, meant to do it in the first place before I posted the mix but didn't get the chance!

And yes, 38 mins is Spiritual Enlightenment... I like the vocal how it is personally, although maybe it would have been better only going through twice... *does thinking pose*
