Easy answer, new melody beats the old one hands down. The hook is now a lot better. Well done mate the rest of the production is fingerlickingly good and with this melody it is a lot easier to remember the track.

Cheers!

haha tnx mate :D

WTF is with that picture? :wtf:

listening:

nice drive, drowny kick.. break has a descent synth.. after the break the bass is totally gone.. seems like every sound is fighting for a frequency position.. and the melody is far from memorable

i think this track needs to have its low end reworked.. as the bass and kick are hardly present.. the clap is just no sitting in the mix..

i dont know with what or how u are listening but mixing wise this is my best track so far...

Stijn,

Good track:

- good mix:)
- Melody is better as in your first snippet:)
- Nice effects and percussion, could be a bit more driving i think:)
- You have a real own unique sound!

thumbs up for this one

Keep it up.

Hey.... I think that the track is really cool. You´ve got an original style which makes you stand out from the mass of trance producers. I liked really much the way the main melody was eq:ed to fit the track. As Subtle said the kick could just be little bit louder and have little bit more bottom end ( maybe in the 70-100 hz section ). Great production, all the sounds are crisp and clear.

Cheers, Lakeus

good to hear that i got my own style going on :)

Review

Intro - brilliant squares and percussion elements, kick is sharp, percussion is great, effects are cool. Bass is middy and sharp, arrangement is great.

Breakdown - Breakdown is nice, pads and atmoshpere, i like the bass intro here, nice variation. lead seems a slight bit boring with no variation but then again the track is nice and simple. kick in is great and when the squares kick back in the lead and elements sounds good together, it keeps the variation up.

Outro/Other - nice ourto, filtering and timing is good, i like where the kick misses a beat, little effect are always the best imo.

Conclusion/Other - great mastering, effects and overall make of the tune. Sample is definetly a keeper. Keep up the great work :)
