Pardon my ignorance, but I haven't been following the rhetorics on Iran this last week, but why would an army be needed for "meaningful consequences"? I would think that economic sanctions, and maybe some air strikes, could be quite meaningful. |

I could see a few incidents of "friendly fire" happening.
During Vietnam the U.S. tried to give Cheney a gun so he could fight in Vietnam, and he only got deferrments because he "had more important things to do". |
