The database was corrupted, and the last backup was from 4am yesterday, so he had to restore from that.
Apparently, Swamper wasn't running Process Guard or RAID on his server, and, since his antivirus was installed to the default directory, a rootkit circumvented it and infected the hard drive's boot sector. :disbelief |
