well i'm going shopping in Dior Homme in Avenue Montaigne
plus there should be some other cool Boutiques there as well.
just trying to find some decent restaurants to eat at.
i'll probably be in arrondissement 7 the first day
that's where my hotel is, trying to get myself familiarized.
i guess i'm doing the typical tourist thing:gsmile:
so how about some decent restaurants around the landmarks?
eiffel tower, arc de triomphe, the louvre?
plus any recommendations would be greatly welcomed.
it's my first time |

Not exactly the kind of boutiques everyone can afford but indeed, if it is your case, then you will be happy there :p

I'm not sure about what you call "decent restaurant" but rue Saint Dominique in the 7th, you will find a lot of typical parisian restaurants. If you want more expensive ones, then I don't know, the best is that you have a look at tourists guides :D
And if you want to have a drink in the area, you can go to the Palais de Tokyo, there is a bar in the museum that people usually like (and you can also visit the expo) :) |

Do you know the Colette store in Paris ?
If you like Dior Homme you might like that store. It's high quality street clothes ( sorry can't find a better description ) and custom shoes and design stuff.
check www.colette.fr for adress and further info. It's a real cool store.
They also have a water bar attached to the store.
If you like high end jeans and quality clothes you might as well also check out apc.
check here for store adresses http://www.apc.fr/eu/fr/boutiques.php?id=5 |
