iRiver h10 gapless playback

Does anyone know if its possible to get gapless playback on the h10 mp3 player?
I hate having to scroll through a set, so I just split it into the individual song, but it sucks having a 2-3 second gap between songs. It ruins listening to the set.
Any kind of firmware tweaks to get it to do this? |

Not available on the H10.
There's a big independent initiative for open source replacements called rockbox but it only covers the H1xx H3xx models from Iriver.
There is some interesting in porting the firmware to the H10

Alot of the developers are currently working on finishing the hxx0 ports, and getting the iAudio x5 & ipod ports up and running; therefore they're stretched a little thin to start another port. Although after being abandoned for a year or so, someone has decided to reinvestigate the iFP-7xx port. So don't lose hope, anything can happen. |

This is probably iriver's greatest disatvantage.. They dont support gapless playback..
I think it depends on the player itself as well.. Try copy all your music to your hdd, then format your H10, it will at least boost the bootup time ;) |
