From Belgium to L.A 7->17 April !

Hello!!
We are 2 Belgian guy and we're coming to L.A from 29 march ->8 April !!!
Do you know if there are good trance parties planned yet ?
What are the best clubs ? And the biggest ?
What about the door policy, must we come with a girl to enter ?
I saw that a valid ID card is required but what about foreigners ? Should we show the Belgian ID, the passport or is it impossible ?

Hi there!
I'd say it's still a little bit too early to tell what's going on in April as far as trance. You can check www.westoceanevents.com and Woody's socal events calendar every once in a while to keep up on what's upcoming.
For clubs, I usually frequent Spundae and Avalon on Saturdays. I've noticed that a lot of times Avalon seems to be a bit more on the house side of music. Spundae is pretty big -- bigger than Avalon. Fridays I don't go out much but there's Club Heaven.
Don't worry about bringing a girl to get in (although I'd recommend it for other reasons ;)). If you don't want to stand in too much of a line I'd say get there by 10ish. There are several guest lists floating around for Heaven and Spundae that will either get you in free or cheaper. Shouldn't be too hard to find on here if you look around or ask. If not, I'd say you should probably buy tickets ahead of time at a place like Groovetickets.
I'm sure you could use your passport to get in but just be aware that most of the clubs you have to be at least 21 years old to enter. And make sure you let us know when you go so we can meet you sometime. :D |

| well, i think bjorn pretty much covered it as far as avalon and spundae go. definitely let us know when exactly you'll be coming out to the clubs and we can do a TA meet up somewhere, atleast in line before going into the club. there are several other venues as well, vanguard, king king, and the others escape my mind but like bjorn said check the socalevents that woody has posted. looking forward to meeting a couple of belgium guys ;) |

We have to change our plan, we'll be there from 29 march to 8 April, I think we'll book the Johan Gielen party@Spundae and we'll wait to know for the others 2 fridays !

any where from $7-$9 for mixed drinks and $4-$6 for beer |

| if you go to spundae do NOT get drinks from anyone other than Ernesto. he is upstairs and he is the best one there. he makes them strong. ive seen him there every time i go to spundae. hes really cool too and likes the music. |
