Do you ever stop bullting? |

Vitalic is horrible.
-But if you want more new electro/(othergenre) try Bunker Records, and Viewlexx. They don't sound as bad as Vitalic, but some of their stuff is close, so you might like it.
Be warned though, these labels aren't part of the electro revival. They never quit pressing their . |

if they released electro during the 'electro revival', how could they not be a part of it? someone who made trance during the 'electro revival' would not be part of it. not to mention that regardless of whether they ever quit, they were founded around the mid 90's........when the 'electro revival' began.....:thepirate
i bet you're listening to space invaders are smoking grazz right now or soemthing. |

I would say that there has been more than one electro revival.
One during the early 1990s which is what bunker would have been part of (founded in 1992).
And then one recently, within the last 3 years, which includes Arpanet, Vitalic, Vector Lovers, Miss Kittin, right up to Sasha, Zabiela, and whatever big names are doing it now.
I guess you could say the more recent revival is not infact a revival, but like...a rape. |

What a lovefest this thread is. The use of the word milquetoast, I must admit, is impressive, except that I looked it up on the all-knowing urbandictionary.com. Here's what they had for us:
| quote: | A word originating from a comic strip character in the 1920's named Casper Milquetoast. The word has come to define someone unassertive and timid.
The first time I ever heard this word was in an episode of The Gilmore Girls. |
So your big word of the day comes from comic books and Gilmore Girls? I must say, it lost some of its luster.
And since no "shy retaliation for injury" suggested anything as the epitome of anything, I hereby deem you, Sir Ishkur, as full of .
Be nice. And don't overreach with your vocabulary. It's very unbecoming. |

| I still have a hard time pigeonholing electro as a genre. I found Vitalic to be pretty interesting and enjoyable but I did not think they were electro. Simply electronic pop. Maybe that's what electro is, 'electronic pop'. Eh who really cares. I know I don't. |
