[REVIEW] DJ Three @ LOVE 3/10/06

Great freakin night, so much fun in this club that I actually feel comfortable in, unlike huge superclubs... the sound wasn't too loud, and what a freakin maze the place is, fun to explore :) So great chillin with eveeryone, DJ Three was playin some nice minimal. It didn't get even semi-full until 2am. I will be back more often if everyone shows up like they did tonight. Amazing vibe. Again, thank you all for being there to party with me! See you on the slopes/at Love/at dinner/etc. ;)
Oh, did I mention that Sasha strolled in the door at 1am? Partying like rockstars together, yeaaahhh :p

yeah, tonight was definitely one of the best nights we have had at Love. Deepspell opened the room nicely and Three absolutely killed it up until we left about 5:15. Nice hanging out with Tae, Ryan, John and all the other TAs that made it out. Love is really starting to feel like home. Everyone is super cool, from the staff, to the regulars. Can't wait for Hector next week.
oh, and did anyone else catch another semi-celebrity sighting? Luke from seasons 1 and 2 of the O.C. was there macking it to some girl for a couple hours. |

Who watches the O.C.?? I guess that's why Kerrine asked me if I watched and then I mocked it. :) Lot's of fun tonight. I actually just got home because I took advantage of having a free night and choosing when to leave. Fun semi-sober night, but I missed da Soap. :( Would have been so much more fun if I'd had a dance partner. All you TAs left so early. I think Zack was the last that I saw (except Jason who was there until the end). I was kind of bored at the end, surviving on production value, not DJ ability, but still had some fun.
Zack, good to see you guys got home OK. |

| There were a bunch of tracks that I have heard before but can't really ID. I do remember hearing Moby - Dream About Me, I think the Sebastian Ingrosso mix, but I'm not sure. Also, Wonderland Ave - White Horse was played right when Sasha walked in the door, but that might have been the opener. If only I could listen to sets again the next morning when I'm sober, I'd actually be able to ID. |
