What a night!!! Hands down, one of the best nights of my LIFE. I think I did just about eveything I dont normally do last night... it looks like my normal clubbing night is about to be revamped for the future.
I also think The Drink was spinning some very good stuff around 3 AM... dont know who was handling it, but they get  from me. |

Arrived early, with the club empty, but ran into Abercrombie...good chatting with you, and hanging out with your crew.
The place was very empty, even just before 12. Around that time I ran into Tyler, Vlad and his buddies. Soon after, time flew by and I ended up in the gallery, where I ran into Ben, Tristan and Shanny. Around 4am I just wasn't feeling it anymore and decided to call it a night. By now guv was a full sardine can, though the music was quite good. |

Saturday night was AMAZING!! Definitely up there with some of the best nights I've had out, ever.
Jimmy Van M was a bit weak when we started, but he got it going and I was liking what he was playing just before Nick Warren came on. His set was phenomenal, every single tune was good, from the dark progressive, to the breaks, and to that pretty much trance track he played second last. I really liked the decorations and how the dj setup was so close, nice and personal.
I though Warrens antics behind the decks were pretty amusing, ie. the drinking, the smoking, the dancing around. I hear maybe one or two times where the mixing was a teeny bit off, but like twice in a 4 hour live set is pretty damn good. The mixes were long and smooth, and dead on as far as timing (which i love, i hate when dj's just flip the fader over) and i also liked how he previewed the next track long before the track playing was even over. He was totally working the crowd.
I was sort of hoping he'd play Mindcircus as a finale, but then again, it woul have somewhat contrasted with the rest of his set.. maybe a dark and dirty remix?
It was also HOT in the guv, like steamy!! As for the crowd, somewhat pushy, esp a certain demographic (you know who you are!) and a total lack of girls, but I'm getting used to that, and maybe I'm only saying that because I was at TiL the night before and there were LOADS of hot looking ladies!!
I'd really like it if somebody threw a tracklisting up here, there were a lot of songs played that I was not entirely familiar with :) |

yeah - he had a beer and smoke in hand pretty much the WHOLE set
and the guys washroom was abnormally crowded - like all the time - prolly cause there were WAY too many guys there...

i second this - as the music was INSANE, but not a single track was familiar (to me at least)! |

Thanks for that review. I'm quite bummed that I didn't go now. :( |

| ^^^ happens! but i found, and i think i speak for many, that his set from last year was better! |

I found his set to be very up and down.
At times it was really good and I was digging it and then it would go into a time of not being that good at all.
The set up inthe guv was very cool, and i was impressed with how late Warren was spinning. When I left at 630 he was still on.
Simon Jain in the Gallery was really impressive. At one point I was laying down on the couch and catapulted up to start dancing when he dropped an awesome track. I really love this guy!
Thanks for the hospitality Justin and Dustin, good times all day on sunday as well. |

i thought it was all about Simon last saturday. he had the vibe @ the Gallery but then again it seems to me that the Gallery always delivers! There's something about it that I love but I haven't found out exactly what yet! |

Guys, I just wasn't feeling it.
Warren was at times, excellent, and others just okay- his set lacked consistency for me. We called it a night at 5am. My friends really enjoyed it though. Apparently he and Marc Oliver were playing in tandem. |
