Fair advertising?

Everybody with icq properly received this link: http://www.security-check1.ch.vu/
I know that anybody who know's how to make homepages can do this, but there are many who don't and think there able to se what's on you hard disk... and some people will be fooled into buying there program... This really pissed me of because I could be my mother who bought the crappy program.
What do you think? is this kind a advertising fair? |

im sure that the program they're selling has some use ... but nothing that cant be done with free utilities found on the web
but if i was someone that new very little about computer, i might be fooled into this..they make it seem serious.....imo, i think its scam to scare people into buying a cheap azz program........why didnt they just work at mcdonalds? |

Yoy can make a frame with src="c:" or an iframe:
but i think it only works i windows. |

| Well you could make a little program and then try to fool people to buy it by showing them a page like this: http://www.security-check1.ch.vu/ and say thats how easy i can se your hard disk :) |

Basically this site shows u a pic of ur harddisk, but they dont see it.

| And with JavaScript you can easily do scripts that shows what browser, IP, resolution and stuff you use.. |
