Hey All,
Newbie producer here, this is my first time posting a track in this forum. The Production Studio has helped me alot in my quest to write some decent music, hopefully someone can give this a listen and give me some advice, as I still have a long ways to go and much to learn.
This is a hard acid/trance track inspired by a sound byte I pulled out of a movie.
Made with FLStudio6 + Vanguard.
Syntax - Gave you what
Cheers!

| the intro seems a bit too long with not much new happening. The bassline needs some work in my opinion because it sounds a bit plain. Rythmic elements are nice and crisp which is good :) The progression and arrangements in this track dont move so it sounds static and plain. the break comes really unexpectedly so i recomend going back and smoothing out your transitions. It's all about builds in trance, and eventually bringing your audience to a trance-state, and right now this track doesnt do it for me... |

The bassline seems a little muddy on the low end.
I like that sample. The reverse reverb makes it much better.
The buildup is really just kind of annoying, after a while.
You need more layers. Multiple layers are what make acid trance most fun, IMO.
The bassline is just a low grumble by this point. Try EQing it to make it more defined. |
