Need some help with hosting :)

Hello TAs!
I have just checked out the price lists of our hosting companies in Ekaterinburg - it is about $ 50 per month with all scripts support and I need PHP (the whole PvD-Russia is running PHP), and my current hosting contract expires in 5 days (not mine but of the University and they are not interested to prolong it). $50 is too much for me...
Please post some free hostings with PHP if you know or just advice something.

those are 2 that i know of that say they support PHP...i remember signing up for spaceports but for some reason i didnt like it...
