Ok quick question
my friend just bought some new ones...
in the box from a store....
hes asking if they come with slipmats and the stock needles...
im pretty sure they come with the stock TECHNICS slipmats and the stock cartridges..
im not sure since i didnt buy my decks new....but im sure one of u have..

| i got carts with my M5Gs im pretty sure. never used em tho. they were technics headshells with low-end ortofon carts if memory serves correctly |

I had the rubber mats when I bought the mark 2's yeears ago, but I upgraded them to the mark 3s a couple of years back and they came with rather nice technics slipmats.
And btw, the rubber mats are certainly not useless, they are excellent for playing badly warped records.

M3Ds came with the technics slipmatts, but no needles.
guess that don't help ya since they aren't sold new as far as i know anymore. |

mk5s come with slipmats, mk2s dont, neither come with carts
thats all i know :) |
