my bad... heres the lowdown!!
Team & Player Value
Player pricing will also play a part in team selection and trading, and your overall team value. Each player's price will vary based on their most current performance from Round to Round. A rolling average is used to determine how a player's value changes and they must have played at least 3 games in order for their value to increase or decrease. Your team value is determined based on the overall value of your selected players, plus any leftover amount in your salary cap from the start of the season and from completed trades. |

| ok scenario 1: if i brought say peter everitt for 400K and over 3 rounds he's house and his price plummets to 200K... do i get that 200k to spend on someone else or is it gone completely from my salary cap? |

you trade at whatever value the player is listed at.. if you brought him for 400k ad he is later 200k youd loose 200k of his value..
tip is to trade the mugs before round 3 |

Last years averages are used to work out the current prices. Everrit averaged something like 100 points per round and therefore hes priced in the 400,000 mark. If he averages less than 100 points in 3 games... his price will drop.
Hes had a first round... and the likelyhood of him maintaining his 100 point average over three rounds is all...
Therefore he will most likely lose value, allowing other DreamTeam Coaches to pick him up at better price than you did ;)
So you have a couple of options:
* Trade him prior to the price changes so you dont lose money
* Keep him and hope his week to week scores increase and value goes back up |
