Gore Flicks
View this Thread in Original format

If you're a 'fan' of gore movies, post your favorites here. I'm starting this thread because I just saw 'Hostel', it's gore, but the movie in general sucks. It gives a bad image to European countries. Slovakia isn't an underdeveloped country inhabitated by twisted minds. I've been to Croatia last summer and I had the time of my life!

Anyway, here I go:

- August Underground (2001) directed by Peter Vogel: sickest film ever made! *vomit*
- Guinea Pig Trilogy (OMFG!!)
- The Untold Story
- Cannibal Holocaust (GORE, but boring after seeing in 4 times or so)
- Scrapbook
- Slaughtered Vomit Dolls (never seen it but title says it all...)

Feel free to delete this thread in case it's too offensive for most users/viewers.

WARNING: these movies are not for ppl who are easily shocked and disturbed!

i just much preferred the second one because it went in a more in-your-face comedic direction:D

Since when was gore in movies?

I can take a pretty good visual beating, but I am holding off on Ichi The Killer because I hear its just beyond straight forward gore, but also self-sexual torture? (wikipedia). And then the scene they talk about cutting a person in half from crotch to head. I've actually had it on 2 cds for about a year, but I'm holding off for the right time to watch it.
Hostel shouldn't even have that much more in the unrated DVD release. An interview said that (surprisingly) the MPAA only cut about 30 seconds of it.
