In the D, I live away from majority of my friends so I usually go on my own. I know my friends will be there but it's kinda nice to be able to leave when I want to.
I am contemplating a trip to TO on my own soon - my first. :) |

| I responded in another thread recently that I'd be going to BeB with close to 20ppl, and of course all of you TAs. Even without, I'd still go by myself, especially to massives as you just wanna dance and do your own thing anyways. |

| I don't mind going to a club solo and I've done so before even before joining TA, back then I still knew quite a number of "club" acquaintances so it was all good, one of my friends (non-ta) asks me why I go by myself sometimes and that it looks hurting but I tell him that I don't give a and that I'm there for the music and the crowd and I'm sure I'll run into somebody I know or meet some new people. There have been times when doing a solo night that I'm by my lonesome and kinda wished I had my club buddy there but c'est la vie. |

| I used to go only with friends, then they all stopped partying. What's the deal with that? So instead of leaving the scene myself, I go out on my own. I gotta meet some more TOTAs and change all that though!! |

| I use to go up to toronto by myself all the time but after several years of partying i met a bunch of ppl and usually now i can't go to a party with out running into a bunch of ppl i know, and now that i'm a TA ppl are like your that Sketchbag kid lol, but as for partying alone even when i go with freinds i oftenly space off on my own for 3-5 hours i like just wonder around alone it's how i ended up meeting so manny cool ppl :) (plus i'm a space cadet) |

It's funny, ppl always ask (girl esp), "Who you here with?"
A: just in town travelling
A: another couple
A: my friend went home or is with some chick.
But at massives, it's all good. At a club, ppl would be like "you're here by yourself?"
Guys are more inclined to go out by themselves than girls too. |

I think moreso they just don't understand what its like. If I were to go to a bar (top 40/hip hop etc) I would totally feel out of place by myself. But at guv (etc), its no problem at all. |

Drinking by yourself at a bar is much less fun than popping a pill and wandering around the Guv by yourself.
