0.5 mph spin would only be two revolutions during a 4 hor set. hardly noticable. and then 360 stadium style dancefloor with a hemisphere of lights over the top..

Jumping water fountains around the booth to protect from washers (coherant people know to stand under the arches, washers fall victim)

Personally, I think the DJ booth at 1015 is perfect. It's down low and connected to the crowd. But it has a plexiglas divider that can be lowered or raised if people are becoming pests.
I don't like the idea of the center room DJ booth. I personally wouldn't want to spin with my back to anybody. I like being able to see everyone and see who's not having a good time, and how everyone is reacting. |
