.

Last night was over my friend's place and mixed for close to 10 hours straight.

Today, silence is killing me.
And when I listen to choons, it feels like happiness is flowing into my ears.

Thought I'd share, kthxbi.

Funny you say that, right now I'm listening to a 5 hour set that me and one of my buddies mixed at his house one night

I honestly start going mental if I don't have music playing 24/7... The tinitus in my ears rings loud enough that I can hear it no prob and it drives me up the ing wall...

I don't have to have music loud.. but it HAS to be playing all the time..

Yeah I hate silence too, esp while driving. I have to listen to music LOUD. I hate the noise of the engine running and all that other stuff (I have a 10 year old car, so it's not like newer cars where you don't hear the engine hardly...like my mom's Honda Accord). The same thing while at home...noise noise! I guess some silence sometimes might be a good thing though.....better for your hearing! ;)

I am also a silence hater, I dunno what it is, but I can't seem to chill or even sleep without music, and when I'm not listening to music, I whistle tunes or kinda play them in my head, I do actually think I'm addicted to music, if thats possible, its the one thing I can't go long without, music for me really is a drug.

I need music when im walking outside/in my office or whatever, but that's mainly because I hate background noise. I hate it if see somebody I know when im walking along the street, interrupting me mid-tune :whip:. And I get cravings in the middle of the night, like i NEED music, NOW!!!

But I give my ears a rest sometimes, when there's not much background noise.

I listen to music nearly all the time but when i sleep i prefere dead silence i even sometimes unplug anything electrical in the room so i dont even get the slightest hum (i think may have sensitive ears)

Funny, lately I've been the completely opposite. I just don't feel like playing music when I'm home at all.
