| American "Candyravers" are usually associated with raves rather than clubs -- wheras in the UK, you find lots of cyber out @ clubs like 'Crasher. The big difference is that candykids usually have taste in music = jungle/happy hardcore, whereas the cyberkids normally prefer the standard PVD/Tiesto recipe of lovely Crasher-style TRANCE :cool: |

dont diss the jungle and happy hardcore.... it all spawned from one thing ya know. jungle is a form of breakbeat type stuff.... as is breakbeat trance.... i.e way out west n stuff.. i think.
and also, breakbeaty stuff in its older form.... i.e old skool, is what started tha whole blimmin rave scene off, i know, i traveled thru it all since 88... beleive it or not, and me only 19!! |

also, cyberkidz take their cybery ways very seriously... the whole 'cyber is a way of life' thing... you ask any crasherkid (other than me, or anyone on this board) and they'll tell you that cyber isnt just about getting ponced up on a saturday nite. All cyber's are already friends but just may have not yet met.... or sumfing !!! :) , i dont think i could ever go back to being a none cyber, it'd be dead weird not putting sum silly uv reactant paint in my hair before i go out !!! :stongue:
