Hey,
Nice use of the panoramics with the congas, I personally dotn like the Ohat u are using for this one, I would use other one, not so high though, not a big fan of the bass melodie, excellent muted synths.
In overall, you have cool ideas mate but this sounds amateur imo, the structure is weird and caothic, the only thing I liked were those congas and the muted plucks, at the end all begins to sounds better, I persoanlly would focus with the muted plucks and the congas, u have there enought potential to do a nice tune, the rest is not very appealing for me.
Keep it up mate :D.

long time no see!
i like this. percs sound fresh. maybe a little dry.. add a tiny bit of verb hear and there. and id like a bit of slap to the kick to give it that 'electro' sound:)
retro electro synth is nice in notation. a really original melody.
break - the loudes synth is a bit too loud.. tbh i love the electro synth and think this should be where the loud synth should be.
3;00 - i like the accompanying synth kinda 'rave'y it nice. overall id would add some minimal and well placed reverb here and there. to fill the gaps and make it sounds bigger.

I love the dirty distort funky lead.
2:00 new layer is a bit chaotic. It's great when it finishes & goes back to the low dirty layer, though the transition is way off key.
3.00 interesting new high layer. Compliments the low dirty layer well.

Hey. Like everyone else, digging the congas. You should try to find a better kick sample. The one you are using currently, is too distorted. The open hihat could also be replaced as Kopi said but its not a big concern. Love the bassline. Its good when it first comes in and when the beats come in, it really comes to life but then it doesnt ever evolve into a fully driving bassline. There are too many rests in the bassline. Id suggest extending those notes before the rests out so theres less silence or adding more notes where the rests are. It will help the track out overall :). The rest of the song is a bit random. Try throwing down a pad that goes throughout the song and maybe a constant stuttering synth or acid groove. Either way, keep up with it. I like the initial idea of it :).
