I was planning a trip with Ray with and RJ for rainbows when it opens in April when they spawn. Rainbows fight like hell even when they are five to six lbs, but when there over 12 points they are fierce as fack.

What an amazing idea, Jeffy.... the more better.

Ya ya. You count me in.

Ray and I went fishing about a year or so ago and he caught a big mofo.

fishing is amazing...i'm down.

Count me in too. We would need a big effing boat though with the amount of people we have already.

p.s. This sounds like a great response to the TOTA Ladies Night that is happening in the near future. What better way for males to bond than on a boat, drinking beer and catching fish? :P

It's on Georgian Bay so really...you can find both if you look. I mostly go for the small mouth but there are a couple hidden lakes with some nice large mouths....the problem is getting past the indians to get to the lakes....since the cottage is on a reservation they don't like whitey going back to their lakes

oh i know... awesome.. find some nice rock piles, some nice dropoffs.. and stick some pigs

this is in awesome.

two have already offered their cottages, all we would need to arrange is renting a couple of boats (which isn't too expensive).....

Last time I went fishing I caught a 5 foot shark in the Georgian Strait between Vancouver Island and the mainland.

That turned me off when it was flailing around and snapping while in the boat. I hooked it from deep below, and almost underneath our boat - it swam up really quick and ended up IN the boat.
