So you say you saw the guy pissing on a car. Well just because you saw that doesn't mean he is the one who did it to you. If you have accused him to his boss he has every right to sue you for any damages that may be incurred including solely damage to his reputation. Also, the store itself could also sue you for defamation of it's reputation. That is unless you have actual proof and it is sufficient to have him charged by the police.
Id ask the manager if he could review video footage (which he doesnt have to do unless asked by police). Id also call the cops. If you dont have footage you are SOL.
Dont go accusing people without proof or you just may find yourself on the wrong end of a lawsuit. |

Good stuff. I grew up in Sobeys hometown and always thought of them as a very responsible, customer oriented company.
Diabolic, are you ting us? did this actually happen? did anyone report it? I'm curious to know because someone in my family is very senior within the HR organization at the company. |

Ok so i'm just curious...
You and your gf went to this Sobeys, so since you are the driver, she was sitting on the passenger side, and while getting back into the car after you were done your shopping, she didn't notice that there were scratch marks and piss all over the door she was opening to get back into the car?????????
I mean i can see someone missing a small scratch....but all over keying and piss?? ...if she didn't notice the scratches she would have either smelled or felt the piss...
