Looks pretty cool. It is now definitely a matter of time before Apple will start selling desktop OS separately from hardware.
C'mon - we all know that the move to Intel was part of a bigger plan to compete with Microsoft on the desktop arena. I think right now it's just a matter of getting the software to catch up with OSX and ... off we go into formal Commercial Linux (OSX) vs. Windows battle.
This will definitely be an interesting battle... |

Agreed.
Its now currently legal to install windows on an intelmac but not the other way around. Been reading how theres a 6gb image kicking around of the new MacOS without the protection that can be unpacked to HD and it runs on a variety of PCs (even AMD CPUs). Its only a matter of time as some hardware manufactures support both PC and IntelMac. Echo Mia MIDI is one example, you can slip that baby into any PCI slot it doesnt care if its MAC or PC, nevermind IntelMAC :clown: |

I would switch to MAC but I feel handicapped in it. The 1 button mouse still gives me nightmares from middle school.
Im thinking of getting rid of my windows lappy and getting a MAC. They do look very slick and preform well. |

Danila: I hate those mice but you can use others, your probably know that. Im guessing like my school they where to cheap to get any better mice. |

Ironically Microsoft worked for Apple at the start, they where suppose to be building a GUI for Apple but they where really building Windows for themsleves.
