Yeah, we need to know what style the song you're asking about is.
You can hear "Small Step..." on Basic Perspective's myspace page. I don't hear any vocals at all...
The only other trance tune that springs immediately to mind is Marc Et Claude's "La", which is pretty old. |

| BTW, the Tim Deluxe ft. Sam Obernik tune I know that has "la la" vocals is "It Just Won't Do". 'Tis house, though. |
