ok...i hate to do it...but
yeah...we're choking.
it's just more fun when TA's are there! :(
and all for a 3 hour set from JJ...he's dope, but i can get his mix sets monthly online.
so to all of you that go, please have a wonderful time. :) |

I understand, I would probably not go if he was playing somewhere else then Red-Lite. Is set time is just awfull, 5 to 8 am. Í work at 10 on saturday. Good thing I live and work in Laval. So to all you TA's, see you next time.

I KNOW. but it's just not smart...i've gone up plenty of times before and regreted it when i got home because i was flat broke. haha omg i know, that was so fun the last time! LOL just got my cell phone bill...$50 alone from int'l roaming charges (haha getting lost...nice directions tag :p)...but yeah hopefully soon...i may be going to boston for gabriel and dresden april 14...you should come! but anyhoo, pm me if you're interested:) and i hope to see my mtl friends soon!!! :) |

I'm going to boston the beginning of may to see diskho's owner spin....I have to consider going for G&D!!

Ok just got home from Red-Lite got there around 4. I was waiting for him to be there @ 5AM. He started to play at 5h30. So 3 hours of JJ. Nope at 7:55 put on False light till the end and left in an hurry. He's a pretty nice guy, got to meet him and talk a little. But Red-Lite didn't even acknoledge is performance. So he didn't get much cheer and no call back. There wasn't 20 people that new who's Judge Jules. One guy even came into the booth and ask him if he was a resident DJ. :crazy: Come on, it's Judge Jules from the UK. His set was good, and loud. Maybe he's goiing deaf ? Played only with Cd's... I don't have much to say.
Caela it didn't worth the drive from Burlington.

oh :( that's unfortunate with the club (maybe this is why some people don't like redlite?)...it bothers me when people don't even know who they're going to a club to see:rolleyes:
hopefully this doesn't ruin his chances of coming back (in another few years). but it seems like he's past his time...
and cds??? wtf. i think that if u stick to vinyl and it's what you use and you're talented at it, don't switch to another medium! i know some people disagree, but there's something incredibly nostalgiac and respectable with vinyl.
