have you tried shaving in the shower? the hot steam helps. or try using ordinary soap too [like ivory or dove or something] instead of shaving foam/gel.

lol, you obviously haven't been shaving for very long then. i can do it w/ my eyes closed in the shower and not miss a spot.

i don't really know if that's a good thing or not. haha

anywho, the steam/fog really does help the skin

I've been shaving for 12 years! How do you shave your sideburns part without seeing it?

LOL wow i feel stupid.

i just use my hands and can feel where the hair starts/stops. halfway up the ear and i'm good to go!

I do this everyday. I use my own tears as aftershave; it's a wonderful system.
