"A 25-year-old woman in Lake County, Fla., was charged with aggravated child abuse for allegedly smoking marijuana near her 11-day-old baby before the baby girl was rushed to a hospital with serious breathing problems, according to Local 6 News."
“I just want to say that I don’t think that it is fair that I have had to sit in jail for these charges during the last couple of days without a bond,” Sims[the mother]said. “I just feel I have been really inconvenienced for something I didn’t do.”

eh, story was so-so.
i recently heard a story about a father who left his son in the car while he went into a strip club. He told the kid not to get out or else monsters would eat him. It was raining and 45deg. The kid came out and went into the club looking for his father. The kid was picked up and the father was charged for something like "putting the kid in a position to do this." I found it in a thread titled 'father of the year award goes to...' and I was thinking that days later he'd had gotten the award. but the world can't be that disturbed... |

+1 but wouldnt he want his first time to be memorable, aka, behind the gymnasium while skipping 5th period and smokin a joint the size of a toothpic with two friends? And then going to 7-11 afterwards and spending 25$.
