| Alright well I know theres a bunch of threads on this but there not helping me much. I need to buy a mixer i have up to 500$ my first plan was to go with a numark DXM-06 but i think it looks extremly ugly. So then i planed on getting the numark 5000-fx but i dont know now. I kind of want a mixer that has built in effects would be nice. anyone have any other options? |

| DUDE TO BE HONEST I WOULD JUST SAVE FOR THE PIONEER 600 OR 800...PRICY YES , BUT A DAMN GOOD MIXER. MOST GOOD CLUBS HAVE THE 600 AS A STANDARD MIXER. IT TOO HAS THE BUILT IN AFFECTS |

I've had the DXM-06 and I have the 5000fx now. I can tell you that I love both mixers.
DXM-06
pro:
nice digital sound
great price
kill switches
nice built-in effects for the price
con:
2 channels
5000fx
pro:
5 channels
sampler
nice built-in effects for the price
con:
the analog sound is not as warm as the digital DXM-06
All depends on what is important to you. |

| Aren't analog mixers meant to sound warmer? :conf: |

What he said, I personally don't think Pioneer mixers are worth the money, Get a Vestax mixer. |
