| I also think the idea of a frat is stupid. I guess that is why I hate my job so much. The army is kinda like a fraternity but I get paid, and not nearly enough to put up with the bull. |

it's interesting to see how some people act as if they are super important because they are in a frat/sorority. some chicks here at my campus seem like that. |

| Do the frats/sororities at other schools do the thing where everyone makes a jersey with their nickname on the back like "deez nuts" or similar lame terms? Or was that just my school |

What's even more funny is that this guy saw a need to feel a different level of acceptance amongst people whom he already considered his friends, then displayed to them that what they felt was important gained in popularity within himself, then suddenly dropped those levels to all-time lows.
Now he's upset that he's not accepted by them?
1. make up your ing mind
2. don't criticize what's important to your friends, either explicitly or implicitly.
This should teach you to look into things a bit more, and think about the situation that your next action is going create two and three actions down the line. It's called "forward thinking", and will help you to avoid many stupid mistakes. |
