Oh ,wow. I didn't think i'd be the first one.
OK guys, how are you doing in NYC? Is it cold? Because it's pretty chilly in Miami too :( (+53F) But...
Short review.
Wednesday - Armada at Space. I still can't figure out what was wrong with Armin :eyes: I liked Matthew Dekay openning a LOT but the rest was very plain.
Thursday - Cafeteria and Ferry Corsten at Crobar. Great night. Serge Devant was great as always and Ferry proved that despite his monthly residency in NYC it is still worth to come and see him playing. It was a fun night.
Friday - Wetgroove Party at Nikki Beach - day and night.
Saturday - Ultra - Prodigy rocked and PvD was surprisingly communicative with a crowd.
Tiesto @ Mansion - Tijs set was AMAZING. I'm looking forward to his album release party tonight.
This is all for now. Pictures and more review is coming.
:D

Lawler...Thursday night at Space inside and again that morning on the terrace. Unreal. M.A.N.D.Y., DJ T, Loco Dice, Sharam tagging with Max Graham, Paul Woolford......and one more thing...."I dont want to party all the time, party all the time, party all the time!!!!"

Howells set at ultra was the best 2 hours of music i have ever heard in my life. The vibe was amazing, and beats were relentless. Lets hope he bangs it out at crobar april 7th:crazy: :eyespop:

Recap:
Wednesday - Paul Woolford at Angels, which was pretty much empty, nice place, great music but too dead. Also went to Cafeteria to see Ozgur Can and thought the place sucked. They shortened his set so by the time we went at midnight he was gone. Place was mad expensive and small as .

Thursday - Lawler at Space, went to see him for a couple of songs in the main room but it was much too packed, went to the terrace to see DJ Three, and M.A.N.D.Y. and definately thought the music was on point... Around 7am though the place was cracking when Lawler came up to the Terrace. He destroyed the place, heard some version of that old school track "La Da Di La Du Da"... good times.

Friday - Went to Nocturnal to the Terrace, Guetta started it off with some sick anthems "Billy Jean" and others. Wink was weird as usual. Green Velvet (freestyling), Locodice, and Mistress Barbara killed it. Adam Beyer was murdering the place when I left around 10:30 am, so many Night of the Living Dead extras running around the place I had to leave. Heard Huggotron - Breathe, It's Killing Me, and others.

Saturday - Went to Yooshi, Woolford warmed up and ripped it up. Went upstairs when Deep Dish came on and couldnt get back down because the fire marshall came. Sultan, Graham, and Howells destroyed it... first time hearing Sultan and was impressed. Tong was okay... but how does he get more set time than the other 3 before him though? Left with Fanciulli on the decks because I had to check out to fly home.

Overall was an amazing time, cant wait to do it again!

Yea he plays diff down in Miami compared to NYC, i guess he feels he has to play harder and darker here.
