if its traffic court you don't have to wear a suit...just a nice shirt. most of the other people in there are going to look trashy and like , so you'll be fine.

Seconded. Just show up looking nice, as it conveys respect. Or so they would have you believe. Our courthouse recently put up a sign about wearing shorts and other "inappropriate" clothing. Hickville FTW?! I suppose that eliminates wife beaters with mustard stains. How sad.

The po-pos hate me.

I've never gotten out of one.

EXCEPT A MONTH AGO!

He let me off with a warning.

70 in a 35! woo!

But yea. Nice clothes. Don't over-dress! If you look better than the judge who knows, he might not give you a break!

wear a bomb and show them what THEY deserve

I think it's ridiculous how you see all these heroin junkies accused of robbery stumbling into court wearing a suit. They've clearly never worn a suit before in their life and they just look ing awful.

As for your question, just wear neutral colours, smart shoes, steer clear of jeans obviously. Suits are fine but not essential.

Man, listening to Morrissey right now, what a guy!

maybe some dressy pants with a polo or something.
