M-Audio FireWire 410 blue screen problem

As said in the topic, I have an M-Audio FireWire 410 soundcard/interface (whatever you call it haha). What is the proper way to shutdown and startup the computer with it?
Currently, I turn that on before the computer (instructions tell you to). Then I boot up the computer and it's fine. I load up FL Studio, and I have that set to auto-close the sound device when I close FL Studio. That's fine.
Now how should I shutdown the computer? I get this blue screen at shutdown, I don't remember exactly what it says (I'll edit this post when I get home later), but it's some kind of device shutdown problem.
Anyone familiar with this? |

I have the exact same soundcard and have no problems. I did read in the manual tho that it's best to deactivate any other soundcards cos they might conflict. Motherboards these days come with onboard soundcards. You could try to go into the windows audio hardware settings and turn off your onboard soundcard.
I did have a problem that my soundcard suddenly just stopped giving sound and since I turned my onboard off it doesn't happen anymore.
hope this helps,
kind regards,

| Hrm, thanks for the input... funny I asked the guys in the store if I should disable my onboard soundcard they said probably not, but I had a feeling. I'm going to go into CMOS and do that and see what happens. |
