| I like to go to Cellar Bar at the Bryant Park Hotel (40th St. btw 5th & 6th). I usually go after work and it's mostly an office crowd. Usually a DJ spinning some housey (I think) stuff. |

I live 3 blocks from there and haven't been there since I've moved to NYC. I did go once for a friend's birthday when I was 18, though.
Sorry, I'd have offered some help, but I haven't been to a lounge in awhile. |

| quote: | Sin Sin (Gaelic for "that's that") is the bar equivalent of an old lover who still looks hot in vinyl pants. You've seen the décor—velvet drapes and —a hundred times before, but the vibe is genuine romantic punk, tinged with a hint of vice. The awesome jukebox is filled with new wave, punk and post-punk classics, and if the box isn't pumpin', the bartenders take over with loungey trip-hop while reminiscing about when New Order filled the house back in 1984. The upstairs Leopard Lounge features bands on "Rock 'n' Roll Tuesdays" and luminary DJs Jeannie Hopper and Ray Velasquez spinning deep house every other Friday. — Michelle Handelman
