First, if you want to watch the video, don't click on high speed, click on 56K, and windows media player should pop up. For some reason on the high speed option, you can hear it but can't see it.

Secondly, Viva is currently where Ice Castle used to be. If you go to http://www.clubbingsource.ca/frames2.html click on pictures on the left, then scroll down until you see Ice Castle Reunion May 27th, 2005. About half way down there is a shot outside showing a few people with the Viva Lounge sign behind them. Nevertheless, this place is covered by the 22nd division, thus rules out this place.
http://www.torontopolice.on.ca/divisions/map.php

Club 107/108 is outside the jurisdiction of the Toronto Police.

Division 14 does include the area west of Spadina from Lake Shore all the way north of Bloor. This think this rules out all but one place, unfortunatley. I hope I am wrong. I would rather see all the other places close before this place does. One thing that doesn't quite make sense is they call it an "all ages" club and talk about really young 14-15 year old girls- but honestly I haven't seen that many there in my limited experience- mostly gay guys, a few young girls, maybe 18ish and some older ones. Not exactly what I call cause for alarm.

I would not rely on the pictures in the video. I doubt a news camera went into the club and filmed it when it was in operation.

14 Divison does not go east of spadina, 52 divison is east of spadina

edit: you guys would never go to this club they play euro chesse, hip hop, reggaeton,

Does anyone really care if an all ages place gets shut down. I certainly don't.

Except that this place is not your typical all ages club. There are no pictures from inside this place on the internet of skanky looking 14 year olds posing with each other. It is, in fact, a place where you can hear some of the best tribal and electro around.
