I was sick last week and didn't feel good like getting up at all, but I did and forced my body to exercise. I played basketball for a good 2 1/2 hours and that was really refreshing. It's like it sweated all my sick germs away. After that I was all better.
Unless you feel nauseous or something you should try exercise as well, it's very invogorating and helps accelerate your immune system. I'm not a doctor, but that is just my personal opinion. Personally, I hate taking any medication unless I really really have to. Anyways hope you feel better! |

i missed two weeks of everything due to a very very bad sinus infection about a month ago. all better now:D
ive rolled before when i was starting to get sick, and then i didnt get sick. |
