Remember guys 37 isn't ancient. He's just not BRAND NEW like so many of all these 19 year old peepz poppin' up everywhere.

How about 29? :nervous: My kids keep telling me they see gray hair on my head, but I think they're yankin my chain.

If there were ANY good young Trance DJ's then retiring for Tiesto, PvD and the gang wouldnt be so bad

But there are very very few, so trance fans should be thankfull you have a scene for as long as you do

Remember, most of the A List deejays are late 30's to mid 40's. The upper echelon of deejaying is relatively close minded and remember these people still get most of the main radio slots and most of the decent gigs with the exception of holden, zabs, halliwell and a few others.

It won't happen anytime soon - but Tijs will retire eventually in a few years time IMO.

The hearing loss is already at a stage where you have to speak up to him. Its only going to get worse before he finally packs it in.

The monitors are set so loud so he can actually hear what he is doing its just unrealistic to think his ears are going to cope with that type of bashing 5 times a week for much longer.
