you need FLS producer...
in the mixer panel, select the channel you want, then in the bottom right corner, click the disc icon. name the track. then click the icon in the upper left corner, make sure "replace audio track" is checked, then render. (Alt+r) if youre in pattern mode, it'l render a loop, song mode; the track for the whole song.
you can also do it in "live" mode, but im not sure how
you can also render the song like normal with all the other tracks muted, then manualy insert the audio track. i think this gives you more options...

With all the bouncing stuff, your track must be like 99% done in trance or what? Cause a patch gets filtered and modulated all the time. |
yes, but i dont understand the "in trance" part of your question.
none of my ever gets 99% finished, so maybe my explanation is totaly wrong? |

I mean in techno you can just use 4 measure loops without getting boring, in trance the modulation of pads/leads etc is crucial so if you bounce your stuff you're fixed to the current arrangement, if you change a part you can start all over again. |

| reason doesnt really suck up all your cpu. i find that if i make a track in reason i can finish it no problem but with cubase and reason rewired my cpu freaks out and the audio goes dead. |

Well im using a patch from Airbase (the producer) along with another synth & the bar goes orange when they are both playing, (the sound also starts to jitter) and if I try & add anything else to the track it uses too much cpu! I havent even added a bassline or much of a beat yet! :(
The Airbase combinator patch has a lot of stuff in it but I thought that Reason 3 & an iBook G4 1.42Ghz with 1GB RAM could handle a few synths?
Surely im doing something wrong?
Please advise! :( |

| i dont no what it could be. are you using any other sequencers? if you are then mix it down and import it to that as an audio file. reason only uses about 33% of my cpu and ive only got 256 ram and a ty celeton processor. had 1 gig ram but my comp went on fire. :( |

either up the cpu max usage/buffer in options or select the bit you want to play and export as wav, then reimport into the track
