View this Thread in Original format Jake Benson I did a search, so sorry if there's something that I couldn't find. Being this is a trance site, it makes sense to post trance. But to a degree, trance is related to other genres. So what's the line on what genres are okay to present here? I notice a guy posting drum n bass with a disclaimer that it wasn't trance, and nothing bad happened (great song too). But another person wanted a remix contest of a hip-hop song and got flamed. Personally, I've been working hard on deep house / nu-smooth-jazz remixes (very relaxing and same feel is elicited as with 'trance.' So is it TA worthy?) Should I just not worry bout it and post a song when I'm ready and worry about flames when the time comes? And if this is a duplicate thread, just let me know and I'll delete it. dj_kane most styles are accepted here as long as they arent too extreme. most people like to listen to something different.
