Try eating Weet-Bix dry/by it's self
or put Milo on a spoon, put it in your mouth then inhale. Does wonders for the throat. |

Milo is awesome!
its a powder to make a hot drink, sort of like instant coffee or hot chocolate powder. But it tastes nothing like those, its in great.
You are menat to dissolve it in hot wtaer and then add milk, but it tastes great just on a spoon out of the tin;) |
