Damn Stomach Cramps

| i was feeling alright today, everything was fine until i ate a bowl of home made vegetable soup, wich my mom made, just about 30 minutes after dinner a started to get stomach cramps the whole time, i lied down on bed for about an hour tried to go to the toilet but nothing happend:( i took a paracetamol, hope it will be better now.. i hate stomach cramps:whip: |

| IMO the best thing you can do for stomach cramps is to eliminate the source of the problem i.e your stomach. If you get rid of your stomach, you will get rid of the cramps too. Cool , huh? |
