Both dudes from M.A.N.D.Y. spun @ Space Miami and then DJ T spun afterwards.
I left Lawler @ 5 AM and stayed up on the terrace listening to these guys until 8ish when we left.
Just great damn music these guys were playing. Perfect. |

This is the sort of music where house and techno are really fusing now - everyone is playing this stuff, labels like Get Physical and Systematic are really leading the charge with this sound. |

Probably best new music (new for me) I've heard in a long time. Hopefully we get some of of these acts in Toronto.
I had a chance to talk to one of the M.A.N.D.Y. guys (Patrick) after his gig wile DJ T was playing. Turns out Philipp (the other guy) got caught in some storm on the flight to Miami and was stuck in Barbados until about an hour before the Space gig. None the less they both played, ubertunes it was, (hopefully) I'll get down to see them again tonight. |
