Monitoring Hardware /w VST FX -- How to?

| SO I have a Nord Lead 3 and I'm trying to figure out how to hear FX on it in real time. I have Cubase SX 2.2 and I put FX on the Stereo In and put an audio channel that is routed to stereo in to that and pushed the monitor button... but still I hear nothing |

devices -> device setup -> vst multitrack
uncheck "direct monitoring". i had that same problem when i first started using cubase and it took months to figure out that one little check box was the problem. i hope that works! |
