Are they really surprised? 40,000 of anything is bound to have an effect. "I ate 40,000 Big Macs over the past 5 years and now I have congenital heart failure- can u BELIEVE IT??"
A better story would be if he ate 40,000 pills and had NO effects. Now THAT would be a good story. ;) |

| that is a lot of pills but I could see how that could happen. One of my friends...who no longer does drugs.....was upto 8 pills in a night at a club. In his hay day I'm sure 30-40 pills in a week wouldn't have been unheard of. |
