I've heard that you can get arrested for thinking about smoking on a 25% or less covered patio where at least 5 people are under the influence of illegal drugs (this includes prescription medication mixed with alcohol).
Guv could probably get around this, though. |

i think im the ony person who doesnt like skybar here
there is nothing special about it..music and youre on the roof
sound is not that good since its open space plus it usually gets rammed during the summer...
just like any other room in guess |
