ok if he is that bad that he cant get pity sex from a friend put a dead hooker in the neighbours car and call the cops.You shouldnt hear noises from him from quite awhile and he will get all the sex he needs in the pen.

If I was him I'd just just make it known in some suttle way that he can hear them at it. They'll probebly stop it then.
Or if that doesn't work, stage two is to let them know in some suttle way that he hears them.... AND that he gets off on it.
Something like knocking on their door with a smile when they are, then when(if) they answer say nothing smile and put his hand in his pocket.... smile more...

well josh actually this guy wanted to date me last summer ....i refused and told him i just wanted to stay friend with him but he got kinda upset and avoided me til like november ....we just used to say hi and that is but now we still talk sometimes but i guess he may have some hopes again because lately he told me if i was bored i could visit him at his appartment .....
His ex gf from paris dumped him 2 months ago ....im sure he just feels lonely |
