| ^ I still havent used mine (while listening to music) longer than the 40minutes it USED to take me to get to work. I've watched movies on it on my lunch break at work. After an hour of the video going, the battery is in the red. |

i have a 20 gig photo and haven't had any problems since i got back in october.
i listen to dj sets all the time. i'd get a good 6-7 hours out of it before it hits red. i tend not to let it completely drain though.
the trick is to use not change tracks or volume a lot and use hold a lot. i noticed it saves battery life greatly.

Undoubtedly. Apple charges upwards of $180 CAD depending on your model of iPod all said and done (they wanted $179 to change my 3G battery last summer, hah!) and I can do it for about half that.
Oh yeah, need a new headphone jack module? Apple quoted me $310 CAD. |
